How do I buy tickets to one of your shows?

We accept cash, card, and Venmo payments at the doors of every show, unless otherwise specified on the show poster. We utilize Square to process card payments. Tickets for shows are always available for purchase ahead of the show via the Square link or QR Code that accompanies the show poster.
Please note that tickets purchased ahead of the event are not subject to refund, except in the event that the show is cancelled entirely.
Is the venue all-ages?
Is the venue LGBT+ friendly?
Does the venue have accessibility features?

Due to the nature of the fact that shows are booked at multiple venues throughout the Treasure Valley (and Pacific Northwest and Great Basin regions), we cannot blanket statement say that all venues have certain features.
HOWEVER, every show poster will designate if the show is all ages, 18+ only, or 21+ only. All show descriptions will tell whether the venue is safe for LGBT+ people, and will try to highlight accessibility features as we are aware of them. My band wants to play a show. How do we do that?

You can request a show through the link here on the website, you can DM on Instagram @monsteratouring, or you can email booking@monsteratouring.com to get started! Please be aware that your show is not booked until a venue can be confirmed.
I bought a ticket but something came up and I couldn’t attend.
Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, at this time, we can only offer refunds for events that are cancelled entirely.
